Prof. Dr. Vasiliu-Feltes’s professional experience and expertise span a multitude of disciplines and sectors. An alumna of Columbia University, MIT, Stanford, Harvard, and the University of Miami, Herbert Business School, she has leveraged her elite educational background to drive significant advancements in her field.
While she currently teaches at the University of Miami Herbert Business School’s Health Management and Policy Department, she previously served as Faculty at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, and held executive roles within the University of Miami Healthcare System (UHealth), including Chief Patient Safety and Quality Officer and Chief of Compliance. During her University of Miami Miller School of Medicine tenure, she also served on the Pediatric Bioethics Committee, the UMMG Faculty Council, and the UM Faculty Senate.
Her academic foundation includes a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree, post-graduate medical education at Columbia University, Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, and an Executive MBA in Health Sector Management and Policy from the University of Miami School of Business.
