Inaugural 2025 Miller School of Medicine Ethics Symposium

The Miller School of Medicine’s Medical Student Ethics Symposium is a medical student-driven event exploring the complex ethical dilemmas encountered across various medical specialties. The symposium features podium presentations by medical students, each delving into real-world ethical challenges reflecting current issues in healthcare, followed by robust discussion among a community of medical students, faculty, physicians, and ethicists. Our goal in organizing this one-of-a-kind event is to foster thoughtful dialogue and promote critical reflection on the ethical considerations of modern medicine.
