Thank you for your interest in sharing your story! We are collecting submissions until August 31st. Please follow these steps below to participate:

1. Review our Storytelling Guidelines and Consent Form.

2. Check out a couple of examples of medical storytelling, including The Nocturnists podcast and the ACP’s Annals Story Slam.

3. Craft your story, practice, and record. Please see our Technical Tips for recording information.

4. Sign the Consent Form.

5. Complete the Video Submission Questionnaire and upload a copy of your consent.

6. Upload your video to our private OneDrive folder (only our team has access to its contents). If you do not have a University of Miami email but would like to participate, please email your submission to MiamiMedSpeaks@gmail.com.

7. Stay tuned for the release of the project and our Virtual Storytelling Event! We will contact you if your submission is chosen to be included in the final project.
